Night Working Card

Have 4 villages, 2 building markets at 13h, 2 building churches at 15h. Played Night Working Card and it didn't do a * thing to any of my villages. Kind of * that card got wasted for nothing, would of scrapped it had i known it doesn't work.

It's working for just one single village in any case (the one you are currently on).
