Parish not gaining daily flags

Hi

Im on GR4 in North Africa. I have two parishes one is getting flags as it should the other is stuck at zero. Days have gone by and nothing changes. I logged a ticket on the 7th September but it hasnt even been assigned let alone resolved. Can anyone help please? Parish is "Marhouma" number 22907.
