Just returning to SHK and my account is messed up

I have just returned to stronghold kingdoms after quite a long break to find that my account is all messed up or has been wiped. The wipe I can live with however the game has lost my character name and now is showing my email address instead of a player name. This needs to be fixed asap. I did not notice the change until I had already returned to business as usual... building up spending money etc... So starting a new account is not an option unless what I spent can be sent to the new account. Please help


EDIT: when logging back in to my account I was not presented with an option to "change" my name nor was I advised of any changes. So This was not something I have overlooked nor a mistake on my part.
