Kingmaker Bundle Premium Token Issues

So I just made an account, and I redeemed a code for the Kingmaker Bundle. The card packs showed up, but the Premium Tokens did not. They are NOT on the "Available Premium Tokens" screen. I would like to know where my tokens are.
