Quest Resources Went to Parish

I completed a quest and received 2000 gold, 2000 wood and 2000 stone.

The gold showed up in my village screen, but not the wood and stone. When I checked the Parish screen, I see the wood and stone have increased by 2000 each.

I am unable to use/access the wood and stone in the parish.

How is one supposed to go about this?
