Cannot create faction iOS

Factions are currently not able to be made as I click create and it brings me back to keyboard to type the motto.
I've tried multiple faction names, mottos, short names and it always brings me back to keyboard upon clicking create or done. I'm a baron so I know I am high enough rank. Any help / fixes for this? Happening on iOS global realm 1

Also the button has been both red and grey and doesn't work either way

It would be greatly appreciated if a dev could at least respond to this as it is greatly affecting mine and others gameplay.
