Iron production amount bug

Hello.
I am playing on Europe 4 server.
In my village mountain peek I was producing 9 900 iron daily without the guild in my parish.
I have built iron miner's guild in my parish and it got upgraded to level 8 (+110%)
Now I am producing 15 847 iron with 110% bonus? something is not right I think?
110% from 9900 should be 10890+9900=20790.
So what is the issue?
