End of ROTW prizes

I see I have been awarded 500 points, 2x Random packs, 3x Super Random packs and 4x Ultimate Random packs for being part of House 6 that won the final Glory Round on this world.

Looking at the front page, FF said the prize would be: 500 points, 5x Random packs, 5x Super Random packs, 5x Ultimate Random packs and 1x 30 day token - what happened?

Update:

30 day token has now been added to my account, however, no sign of missing card packs.
