I am a player from Eu1 and, tonight i attack one player with timed attack, he was online but my captain enter in castle but the castle still no have razed.. when my toops enter in castle i get report to Castle has been defend.. but the castle need to be razed because my troops enter in castle, if here is admin or someone who can chack my report i can send the report or enter in my account to se..

2 Captains surrived, you selected raze and you won the battle.
But you still did not raze this village.
This must be a bug.
Write a ticket to the support, maybe they can help you.

But the strange thing is, if you look at the report in your report list you lost the battle and the defender wins.
But if you watch the battle you see that you won because your troops entered the castle but at the battle report you lost.

Here are 2 screenshots which show different battle results, at the one all troops from the attacker died at the other they survived.
And you can see that one pike-man reaches the castle and won the battle.
