contacting support

I just sent out an attack on a wolf castle, it never sent on the world map and I tried to re log in to see if that would do the trick, I got this error message: ERROR: There has been an error. Please try again or contact support. I've tried 10 times, so now I'm contacting support..

I can enter other worlds, but Global Conflict 1 which I am most involved in I can not.
