Have you checked your spam mail instead of your imbox?

Yeah I've checked everything, I even signed up using another email address and nothing came for that either so I don't know what's wrong :/

Also the support site seems to be down as it just keeps timing out lol

It appears that their is an issue with the verification e-mails not being sent. This is probably related to the support site also being down.

We noticed you set-up multiple accounts, which in this case seems to be to receive an authentication email. Please let us know which account (username) you wish to use and we will block the others and manually authenticate one.

As far as I know Eianus the authentication e-mails are being sent just fine. Are you sure its not in your spam folder? This post is over 2 weeks old.
