Players not Playing

I think I have some assigned villages in my parish that the players do not seem to be playing. Is there a system that drops them from the game if they are idle for a length of time?

Got 3 bumpkins in my parish, I wish they would shorten the timer on them so they would get kicked faster for not logging in. 3 days is far too long. Can't get anything built in the parish, max taxes brings in almost nothing.

I recently moved & only have just one other active player in my parish. Our Steward is AWOL, the parish keep is wide open and we only have one guild. I don't have a captain as I havent leveled up yet nor the votes to declare myself Steward. It's a bit frustrating to say the least.
