If you have lost access to the email address used to register the game account or if you are unable to receive a password reset mail, please complete the form on this page to apply for account recovery: https://www.strongholdkingdoms.com/acctrecovery

Please be aware that not all requests will be approved and that the most common reason a request is not approved is insufficient or incorrect information.

We also will not be able to approve your request if the new e-mail which you chose has already been used to register a Stronghold Kingdoms account. If your application is declined, please try submitting the application again and choosing a different new e-mail address. We recommend using GMail as the mail provider.

Any information you choose to provide is held encrypted and then deleted as soon as the associated request is approved or declined.

If your application is approved you will receive an e-mail at the new e-mail address you provided.  If you have not received an e-mail to the new email address you selected after 48 hours, this means your application was not approved.
