how is it possible for one player to have 5 days excom
and without monking it off

launch attacks and then apply ID for 12 hours ?

I thought excom STOPPED monk powers ?
is this a glitch or just another player cheating ?

It's possible that an ally of his sent him ID, or he sent ID from another village.
