Attack Targets List question

In map view, on the bottom right there is 2 buttons, Attack Targets and Map filtering. Attack Targets shows your recent Targets. How do you add items to your favorite Targets list?

Choose your target with your scout icon (not attack) and then you can just hit the wee star outline icon "mark this village as a favourite" and it will turn green
