My old Range, surveys and achievements

Hello, i have been back after 4 years break. I played since beta Stronghold Kingdoms on World 1. I had max range and surveys and achievements. Now when i logged in the same account on the same World i couldnt find my Max range, all surveys and achievements, everything is on 0 i need to start again without anything. Did they reset my account? Is there any way to get back my Range, all surveys and achievements? Thank You for answer and sorry for my english.

Yes i checked all England servers and everything is on 0.
