I have gold and weapons and peasants guard house says 30/60 command research says 50 army but cant recruit any more then 30 archers any one can help me please.... :D

Do you have any monks, scouts or merchants? They count as troops as well.
1 Monk = 25 troops
1 Merchant = 10 troops
1 Scout = 1 troop
