Parish guild bonus on deleting a building.

Hi, I am player on the global conflict 4 map. The world just entered it's second era. I fully upgraded some parish guilds and as per the stronghold kingdom wiki I should be able to delete them and retain the bonus. When I delete the building however it says the parish will not retain the bonus once building is deleted. Can anyone please clarify the situation. Thanks.
