Is it possible to reactivate my old account?

Hello,

more than 1 year ago I had some personal issues so I stopped playing SHK and I did not logged in for long time. I wonder if there is a way to reactivate my old account: I tried to log in with my main email but maybe it's not active anymore... But when I tried to register a message said that my email is already registered. So I don't know if to try to retrieve my old account or to use this new acccount I just created (but this way I lose all my previous progresses).
