How come I lose?

How come I lose?

When attacked by AI, I lose even though the keep is not breached? It is not fair that the outcome is determined by the highest loss ratio (30% vs 29%)! That sucks! If the AI had stuck around they would have lost 100%.

Thanks for the explanation. Will get to doing all of the building .......just very very slow!!
