Can't see province names / borders glitched

I don't know where to post this so I'll put it here

So, this bug happened when the "era revamp" update came out (update that adjusted flag prices, raze rank & other small things) and I was in teamspeak with a few friends when the update came out and the first thing we all said was "what happened to the map"

When you're on the province screen (when you're supposed to see province names) there are no names for province and the borders are invisible. The actual provinces borders are county borders (thin black line, invisible on province screen)) and the king seat borders are province borders while on the king seat screen, while they're king seat borders on the province screen.
(that was probably really confusing to read, you'll see what I mean in the screenshots)

I had assumed it would be fixed within a few hours / days and nothing would go on about it, but it's been nearly 4 months since the update and this bug, glitch, whatever it is still exists.

Is there any way to fix this, or is it happening to everyone? A few friends of mine have it, but I'm not sure about EVERYONE in shk. This happens on all maps, not just the one I took screenshots on (USA 4)

Sorry for long post, but wanted to make it so people don't think I'm crazy when I say "cant see province names" and possibly find a way to fix it.

This has been introduced a few months ago. I also don't like this behaviour.

Same on Welt 4, cant see province names and borders.
