quest's errors

hello for me.
I have problems with the quests.
for examble I make a donate (1 package) on the parish and nothing happened.
i build a daily farm again nathing happened... etc...
I also saw videos of how to complete a quest... I did exactly what the did... nothing.
I red about some previews examples but I did not find what happens after...
when the time ends and the quest's bar complete... will I get nothing??
