Swapping House With Land in Age 5+ Ruleset

Age 5+ you need to be in a house, and your house has to have 30% parishes in order to hold the county.

If you hold counties, gov seats, etc, and you quickly drop from one faction and accept an invite into another, will all the land go with you, or will it all go neutral and unowned??

There is currently a lag and when you drop, you keep the land for a few hours, or until someone else votes and forces the votes to update, so could you go to another faction quick enough and retain everything?
