Anyone seen an in game mail like this?

Good afternoon.

Our offer is secret, but profitable. Take it seriously!
We sell card points.
50 thousand points of cards costs 50 dollars.
100 thousand points of cards costs 100 dollars.
For scoring, you need a link where you activate the codes.

And payment on paypal to account deleted
We can charge 500 points for free, so that you can see that we can do it? but only if you are really going to buy glasses.

Looks like a cheat / hack or a scam? any thoughts
