new worlds, no parish forums?

where is the parish forum. how i am suppose to keep a list of the completed guild for other people to see with out it.

When I have completed a guild building and need to delete it to make space I start a thread and address it to everyone in the parish as Day xxx - Removing the yyyyy Guild.

Later, when I need to delete another parish building I take the previous thread and forward it to everyone in the parish (as this is frequently a different group of players.)

You are forced to perform these extra efforts because FireFly does not document any transitions, only the current state. Firefly makes the players do all the work.
