New player with a question

Is there a maximum number of hovels you can build in your village? i can't seem to build any more and any flowerbeds in the decorative sub menu either...
is kinda hard getting peasants to come if there is no bed space for them and can't build any more,,, any help or advice would be most appreciated,, thank you in advance,,,, been having a lot of fun with the game otherwise,, kinda reminds me of Populace where i got hooked on these types of games :)

um.... how many different buildings do you have in your village? i mean different kinds 5-10?15?
and what rank are you?
and what world?
