what are all the available offer codes?

so I have played shk for a long time but have only ever spent $16 on the game so i can get my 2 cards a day. because i dont spend money, i have never done any of the deluxe offer type deals that are out there. i am interested in them now but am not sure what they all are. if i understand correctly, the only conflict is the deluxe edition and some german deluxe edition that dont go together. i also remember a while back some amazon deal where you could get some good stuff.

long story short, is there anyone that can list all of the various addon deals that allow you to redeem offer codes? i have already gotten the free 10 packs for installing the hd upgrade to stronghold.

to be honest, i would think there would be more info out there since these are revenue generators!

There have been a total of 6 bundles, not all are still active.

This one is still available from the get games website. It has a download option, but all you need is the code they send you to plug into your current game.
