December 13th 8.30pm

Post by Voltair »

The server is having issues which is causing some lag. This can cause problems with scouts, merchants, playing cards, monks and other problems including peasants not arriving. Research has also been reported as freezing on 0 for some.

We are apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Many of these issues may resolve themselves over time.

I've been trying to sell 350 units of clothing for the last 3 hours. My stockpile is nearly maxed out and I will start losing production soon. I updated to the latest patch, and have been logging out and logging in again, but I have not been able to sell anything to anyone for that entire period of time.

This is happening on a daily basis. Why?

The game becomes pretty much unplayable.

Everytime the game freezes it takes down my whole internet connection. I have to recycle completely in order to even get normal internet access back. Does anyone know a remedy against that behaviour?

Whoa dude. that is definitely not the game doing that. You likely have some serious problems with your system in general.

A much more proactive thing, that would calm the fears of the community would be to tell us what the problem is about, how firefly plans to resolve it, and an estimated timeline.

This lag is starting to * me off. It practically effects everything. Admins should make this a #1 priority to fix :)
