This thread is NOT an announcement of the rule set for Age 6. We are soliciting feedback from players regarding the types of changes they would like to see in Age 6.

Age 6 will be coming soon to a few worlds and our development team has been listening to feedback from players regarding what they would like to see specifically happen to a world when it reaches this potentially exciting end game stage. We read a huge number of ideas and suggestions put forward by players in this thread some of them out loud during our meetings! I wanted to share the ideas that we thought were interesting and feasible possibilities for an Age 6 which leads up to a final showdown and win condition opportunity in Age 7.

Age 6 ideas:

Increased unit speeds
Cap faith points at X (no more can be gained past X)
Increase Faith Point costs by Y
Shrink Faction and House size: 10 members per Faction and 3 factions per House
No new players may join the world (if you previously had a village but lost it you may still rejoin)

This would set the stage for an Age 7 where:

No respawning is possible (If you lose all of your villages you cannot rejoin the world)
All village charters are removed
A Win Condition is established (More on this below)


At the start of Age 7 a Win Condition will be announced and players can choose to meet this condition and achieve final victory on the world or not meet the condition and allow the world to continue on indefinitely. Meeting the condition would mean that the world would close and all players left on the world would receive unique and valuable prizes, with special prizes going to the members of the winning house. This gives the players on the world the choice of ending a world or letting it continue. (Differences of opinion between players can naturally be settled on the battlefield!)

Potential Win Condition ideas:

One House controls 95% (or some other %) of all villages on the world for X amount of days
The first House to reach X amount of Glory is declared the winner (No glory rounds)
(Looking for more suggestions!)

Potential Prizes for Winning a World:

Unique shield charges and avatar items
Names added to the Hall of Heroes
Early access to a new (special?) game world
Lots of Cards, Card Points, 100 Day Premium Tokens


Please remember that these are simply ideas and not the final design decisions! We're looking for player feedback on all of these, so post away!

Maybe! As mentioned, any and all numbers are not set in stone (they're really just examples) and I'd love to hear discussion of them. We might do all of those things, some of those things, or even none of those things.

forget upping the cost of the fp things and the no more gain of fp NOT everyone has massive fp

make it so their isn't a limit of how many can be on the mail threads and for worlds like 1 and 2 expand how many people can be in a house as only a few thousand playing them so could be 4 houses against each other not 20

more quests their should be one for 25k of disease their is that much of it about

So.. Faster units is always good, but PLEASE DONT SHUT DOWN THE WORLD!! :cry: I realy dont like that idea.. Alot players spent so much time (and money) on developing there account on this world, it wouldnt make sence then!

I like the idea of 10 players per faction and 3 facs per house! Could be very interesting to try that out :)
And no higher cost of faithpoints please, would be too hard to play then.

More research skills -- Instead of making everything automatically faster in the next age make people research to get those skills.

You guys are a bit too late with 1 april joke.

Are you guys serious or just plain ...
What you guys do all day in office? is this what you get of thinking all day!?

You want to disable respawning, what happens to the 6 years of playing you done in world. If we want to play DEATHMATCH we would rather go and do that in Call of Duty. Also do you guys ever go into certain world? Have you ever noticed the worlds that are close to AGE6 are farming worlds? You really want to make farming worlds, free for all deathmatch ???

People spend so much time, money etc on this game and you guys come up with idea in age7, if you get reset you cant access the world anymore?

Please, be a bit proffesional and think a bit more about new game features for upcomming ages. Because this is the stupidest thing I have ever read.

* Increase House members (to have a winner. 30 members conquer whole world.. unreal)

* Increase village numbers (we need to use our millions of unneed Honors somewhere)

* Decrease FP costs (or remove it. People will id their one willage all the times and will never be removed from the world)

* Add new village charters instead of removing them (Players will join the world before new age and it won't work anyway, why to forbid spawning in old worlds to new players?)

* Add new researches / achievements (we need to use our Research Points somewhere)

* Better is to increase scout speed

* Closing the world and not allowing to join other but only starting everything from 0 will cause lot players to leave (we used too much time to get what we have and now lose everything? We need feeling fun with our already friend players. Will be better to change the map and increase Ages: May be do some story and resettle us or make us able to attack other worlds [merge])

* 95% is too much, decrease it may be to 70%

for those of you against this, and specifically those of you critical of FF and accusing them of ruining the game, you need to look in the mirror. because plain and simple you are the ones ruining the game. period. end of story.

why do i say that? because people that cling to these old dead worlds where nothing goes on only serves to fracture the player base and make all of the worlds less competitive and less fun. look i get it, you spent 3 years farming and doing absolutely nothing useful and dont want to give up all your researches and gold and honor. but thats just the way it has to be. its not a surprise most old worlds have right around 1000 players and new worlds often have tens of thousands. people want the new and exciting worlds. no one cares what happens on W3 age 5. literally, no one cares.

every time FF brings up the discussion in a rational manner, you guys act like toddlers that had their toy taken away. you throw giant fits and FF relents just to appease you. meanwhile those of us rational people that enjoy the game and pay money to play it end up quitting and moving on.

If you are going to lower the faction sizes to 10, then you need to increase the village count by 10 to 50 as well. No way to cover the map.
