I am aware of that. I have been playing on World 4 and there have been several county seats held by unhoused players.

was it before 5th age ? or after 5th age started ?

After 5th age started. The seats are now held by players in houses, but for a day or so they were in the possession of unhoused neutral players.

World 4 is still dominated by 1 house despite you're changes given in Age 5

Of course it is. I already told them exactly how I would do it (firefly admin) if I was playing w4. I was sure it would be quick to happen. Now remains to see how long they can keep it up (probably the whole age) and how fast they can end the age.
