Patch notes for update 25 March 11

1. The defensive castle bonus change.
2. New and improved screen for the castle donation.
3. Ballistas not targeting catapults first fix.
4. The Vassal army is removed once the vassal agreement is broken.
5. The player who has been excommunicated receives a report.

Latest version is 1.20.4.39
