You didn't always get a reward for scout stashes - I remember on heretic that you could scout 20 stashes and only get 1 wheel spin lol....I'm quite glad there's no reward every stash because the only winners would be the ones that pay and use cards lol

so do stash discoveries still give occassional card rewards?
