i stop the game about 25 days im not sur but when i back i lose them all
they did not captured by other players they just gone
can you please help me to back them

If you stop playing for too long of a period of time, the server will automatically assume that you have quit playing on that world and destroy your villages.

The amount of time until this happens varies by the rank you have achieved. The higher your rank, the longer the server will wait until it assumes that you have quit playing on that world.

If you want to start playing on that world again, you will always retain your previous rank, research, honor, gold and faith.

there is no other way ?
i mean if i contact admin maybe he could help me
coz im new and im bad in English and i dont know that
and my pc was broken
