Problem with stronghold support website

hi all,

without need to explain all the problems/cheat whom exist on this game ( -_-') , i want to warn you on a BIG problem

now, when you send a ticket on stronghold support, 9 times on 10, you receive an e-mail for confirm that your ticket will NOT be analyzed because all the ticket need to be write in english ..

BUT I ALWAYS SEND TICKETS WRITTEN IN ENGLISH !! i take a lot of times with the traductor, with the ortograph etc ... and they always answer me that i need to write in english !!!! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM PLEASE ???? is there always a support on this game or not ?
