Parish donation for every scouting activity

In order for the players local parish to upgrade, defend etc. I propose that with each scouting collection of materials 1 portion is automatically donated to their parish. 1 potion multiplied by every scouting action will accumulate and by taking only 1 portion it will not affect the player at all. The benefits of this will improve the game play as the parish will then have enough resources to defend, build and upgrade all the necessary guilds which will benefit all the parish members.
