I now remember why I left the last two times; attacks are coming sometimes twice in 24 hours, or so it seems. I am always hoping that if I come in and mind my own business and do not bother anyone I will just be able to build a nice village and watch it grow; but no the AI keeps me spending all my resources rebuilding my army and my fortress.
Everywhere is plague, and one could spend all of time just sending out monks. If you think I am going to spend real money for virtual crowns just so I can get some advantage to make the game survivable you are more delusional than I was for hoping I could have a relaxing diversion in my day.
I'm going to dust off my old copy of SH2 and see if it runs on my new machine.
