game time zone

i don't understand what time zone is used in the game, i'm in italy and play with english language but the timezone of the mails doesn't match with rome or london or some place in usa, two hours behind Rome, 1 behind London

why i should use the Accra timezone for the game? i don't see any setting to change it in the game
