Mail Suspension

I have now been on a mail ban for 15 days...I have approached support and they keep sending a standard disclaimer about "suspensions last from 1 to 7 days" blah blah

I have also asked for a reason for the ban as I have checked through my threads and see nothing that would support this action ???

Support have TOLD me NOT to contact them again regarding this ban????

I am a LONG standing player on SHK and would like to know WHY I am still mail banned....WHY will SHK support NOT respond to my questions and WHEN will this unjust action end???

I have also suggested that this was a stitch up from H17 player Hazzabiggunne who probably "Cut and pasted" a mail then submitted it to SHK for review...Nobody will respond to me...this is no way to treat a long standing player of SHK
