hi why dont you guys answer support about not recieving crowns

as ive been waiting for 5 days now for crowns i paid for 4 days for ticket response
this is bad customer service not to respond to tickets

Same impression, I have ticket open since feb 2017 without answer, an other one open for a bug fully blocking me on heretic since 2 weeks without real answer. indeed poor client services.
