How to play with 2 different accounts

Hey I have a question, is it possible to play one server with 1 account and a different server with a different account ?

Is there a way to make it work without consequences ?

I know playing 2 accounts on same server is cheating but would it still be considered cheating if I played 1 account on a server and and a different account for a different server?
