lost donated supply

lost donated supply

I just bought my 4th village. My Parrish and my other villages sent some supplies to give me a leg up. They are not showing up in my stockpile and granary inventory. It has provided me the default amount of 4k stone n wood only as my starting base supplies. Does anyone know of an answer to the cause of this?
