Vacation Mode not working

I am playing Global conflict 3 and needed to go on vacation mode too save my remaining villages. I was unable to as the message read vacation mode error. I lost another village and I am pretty annoyed as we know the time it takes to create and protect our villages. I will probably loose my last remaining village tonight as I am still unable to go on V.C mode and I have little faith points left.
