Capitals: Recruiting over 500 troops bug.

Currently when recruiting over 500 troops it will not let you recruit more if you have over 500 troops.

Ex. My max army capacity on a capital is 550. If I have 499 troops, it will allow me to recruit 51 more archers/or any other troop to reach my max (550) BUT if I currently have OVER 500 troops it will not allow me to recruit more troops until I am under 500, even though my max capacity exceeds 500. I know I didn’t word this properly but it is a tricky thing to put into words.

I have the same bug.
In next update I hape hope they will repair it.
