Voting quest

Whenever I have the "Exercise your right" quest selected and vote in my parish, it doesn't complete. I've tried small votes, negative votes, putting myself in power, putting the other in power, and nothing works.
TL;DR: "Exercise your right" quest is not working.

Are you using the latest version of the game? A Quest related fix was added in the last update.

Well, I just installed the game a week ago and I can't complete any quests. The one I have as being able to complete, I have proceeded to redeem my prizes over 10x and the quest remains open to redeem, nothing is added to my points/inventory. All others, atm 7, say "quest in progress" when I tap on them.
I am only playing on Android.
Can you help?
