Monk Window dims in Android

I think it is great that I can use my Galaxy S7 if I have no other way to access the game. Thank you. I am still feeling my way around the controls.

Today, after I created monks to add interdiction to my villages. I touch the village and a function box pops up, which is nice and clear, but when I touch the box to use the monks the next window opens but it is dimmed (gray screened) and difficult to see. Why? It should be as bright and clear as the previous window I used to get there. This makes no sense at all. Please correct this.
