• Cloud Saving added for attacking and defending presets

Bug Fixes
• Fixed issues in the tutorial
• Players can now transfer weapons between their own villages
• Players can now see the amount of disease in a parish in Monks UI
• No weapon trading rule is now enforced in Ages 4 & 5
• Fixed some issues when using Captain powers
• Fixed some text issues
