Firewall blocks GC1 but not other worlds

Firewall blocks GC1 but not other worlds

I have played SHK for years just fine... but for some reason, our firewall blocks connecting to Global Conflict 1. Anyone else experience this? I do not see any block records on the firewall (thought I dont know what im looking for) that says anything that looks like SHK. I just dont know what I can log in to worlds 1,2,3,4,5 on and on but GC1 is no go.
(I can log into it from other locations)
