If this were just about losing then wouldn't me and my friends just go play another server? That shows you this has nothing to do with just losing. I have been on the losing side on servers and no big deal. You win some and you lose some (in many cases you do both, just depends on what you consider winning and losing). You just go play another server or farm for awhile and join back the war later on if you want.

You can still have fun while losing a war or glory round. You cannot have fun when you are constantly dealing with submitting tickets. What this guy did the other day is crazy ridiculous. If I had lost villages to him I would have been furious and most likely quit had they not rolled the game back.

Bottom line is they should have not allowed players to take advantage of this situation. No notice of when it was coming back online after the rollback (simple email would have worked with an exact time and date), or they should have given protection to everyone. Because neither happened many of my friends lost villages and I lost thousands of vassal troops (and those villages were in strategic places that now will most likely make it so we are not able to compete for that land eg. Jukester lost 3 villages in Papua because he did not happen to be online when the game turned back on and no ID due to rollback). I am sure H19 had the same thing happen to some of their players as well. I am not looking for advantage, I wish both sides had been made aware or given protection.

When you partner this situation with the fact I am tired of having to submit tickets to call out cheaters constantly I would hope you could see that is why I am frustrated and ready to quit the game and not just the server. But I also mainly play this game due to the friends I have and none of us know what we are going to do yet.

yes annini , i razed only 1 village in total , a village of a player online from 20 to 24 hours a day , and don't tell me is possible be online so many hours everyday because we are all human
you are surrounded by russians that invaded with many charters , so they have no full castle , and you razed really lot of villages

"when we win, it will be remembered forever" are you joking ? where is this big win? russians fought all houses , from h1 to h20 and they are still at war without rest for 1 day
you have convinced themselves of your stories, continue to feed yourselves of your ignorance in your small groups of friends , keep telling your fantasies about russians and turning these fantasies into reality
words remain words , fact remain fact
look back at history , firefly implemented this nice thing

ps: i really hope you win , i want spawn to bother you all till the end , i am farming waiting for your victory , really

+1 Drsepa x) I couldn't continue playing GC1 with so many cheaters in all his forms (alt, exploits,...) but had nice time fighting with you (OBK).

@DrSepa, We must overcome both cheaters and FF polices. To be honest I am seeing less trading bots and instant IDs. FF has done some banning I think. Sorry I am only trying to keep you on this server, we need everyone here to stand any chance.

@Juris, I have only respect for Russians. And maybe a little less respect for their Italian/French collaborators ;). Russians shrugged of the pressure at the beginning and I hope we will persist and turn this over in our favour as well.
Boba is same as you, online all the time and you know very well that he is just poor fighter fighting bravely against all odds.
Well we are all at war since day 9 when that ridiculous H16 CP (Loney or something) attacked us

Yes, this was admittedly something we didn't think of at the time. Luckily this rollback was the first to have ocurred in more than 6 years of Stronghold Kingdoms and our priority was to restore everything to how it was before. We apologise if some players felt disadvantaged over this and we know how to handle this type of situation better in case it should ever happen again.

He is right, though. Many players will accuse better players of cheating because they can't quite fathom losing. Not all, obviously. You'd be surprised about some of the reports and allegations that end up in Support. That obviously doesn't mean cheaters don't exist or that accusations are always false, but it's a noticeable trend that ruins the fun for everyone.

Thank you for that, for some of us it's really all we wanted.

I will agree that SHK has done a much better job lately on following up on the tickets and punishing those that are cheating. I just am sick of having to submit so many. On W2, W3, W6 and USA1 I am guessing I submitted a total of less then 5 tickets. On EU1 and GC1 I most likely have submitted close to 100. That is what is annoying.

Now with that said, I do think H19 alliance does not all cheat and overall I think they are just better at this game then most other groups. They tend to get along better for the most part and obviously those that oppose H19 do not. I also give credit to H19 Alliance with an excellent strategy that worked for them on EU1 and GC1 as well, in which that they rotate players in and out of war zones perfectly in my opinion.

I do find it comical that when I submit a ticket on a player that is obviously cheating and then he is banned, I get hate mail from his friends saying I buy the admin and that I am weak because I submit tickets. It's almost like I am the bad guy for pointing out the cheating. That to me is ridiculous but I have had many in H19 Alliance say that to me. There are some in that alliance though that are very honorable and have even thanked me for pointing out players on their side for alt accounts.

I appreciate that Lord Benevolent is saying they screwed up on the way the rollback was handled and I realize that they (SHK/FF) were in a tough spot due to the situation BUT I will not agree that I am using this as reason to quit due to losing or fps or being tired of worrying about my villages. If you notice I have over 45 Days of ID on many villages and I have monkers helping daily on others which has allowed me to be healthy with fps (plus I used 2 vaca modes which helps). Which I even get hate mail for having players monk all that ID to me, even though I have legitimately gifted crowns for them to provide that ID. Which to me is well worth the few bucks it cost me to not have to be tied to the game constantly. I have been able to play casually because of it and actually enjoyed the game more because of it.

I will now stop complaining about the roll back fiasco because apologies were made imo and we all make mistakes. Not sure what me and my friends will decide but I am sure we will decide soon.

Well its good that a Lord Benevolent replied here but saying sorry to some people is not really good enough, I would try and sweeten people up by giving them crowns or some shi* for the stuff they lost.

My own faction took a guy from 12 villages to 2. I seen Russians reset princes in central Europe. These players will be seriously annoyed IF they return to the game I think saying sorry though is not enough, people put hours of there day into this game and they have lost it due to a stupid move by reopening the map without notice.

I don't really know you, but thought your post was spot on.

I think there are a great number of players sitting in that boat with you . . . staying for friends and enjoying the time we spend with them . . . but perhaps we should all row off into the sunset together. LOL
