And you are sure that you had two researches in queue?

You have to have a premium token running, have as any researches in the queue as your card covers (this would mean up to 6 for a Eureka card) and then use the card. They do not work for future researches. Some cards are only useful if you run a premium token.

The description of the card clearly states:

"Completes 2 current researches" and "Instant Card".

So instead of blaming FF for you not reading the description properly and crying around, just accept your own mistake and live with it.
