Snakes Spawning Wolfs

i heard of this glitch 100 days ago and thought it was fixed. however i have recently come across it again

the snake bought 2 charters and both times spawned a wolf in those charters.

Has anyone else came across this?

I often saw Rat villages founding Pig villages.. probably intentional to stop us from populating our parishes with easy AI to block out the Wolf and Pig.

i have experienced this as well, but am unsure if it is a glitch or something intentional

would be nice if things operating as they appear they should (rat buys a rat castle or even a rat sends a wolf-colored captain that purchases a wolf castle) that way we could better implement strategy
